Training courses:	A substantial amount of basic knowledge is lost (gets lost as a result) because of change in staff working on the machines. As a result, the machines are often operated incorrectly.
	Consequences:	- increased machine wear and tear - unutilised features of the machine - unnoticed defects in the machines - compromised quality - diminished productivity
	With the appropriate training and instructions at your premises, we ensure that the operator understands the machine and utilises it to its full potential. You benefit from enhanced productivity and lower wear and tear.
Maintenance:	We take over the complete service for your machine(s). Older machines, particularly those with friction clutches and brakes, require regular maintenance. Moreover, expensive pneumatic leakages are detected and eliminated, and defective ball bearing, sprockets and electrical components are replaced in time. In machines fitted with DC motors, regular inspection of the carbon brushes is absolutely necessary in order to prevent defects in the drive, and machine failures. In this way, you avoid unnecessary repair costs.
Repairs:	In most cases, machines fail when there is great pressure on production. Hence, it goes without saying that we accord the highest priority to the repair of a defective machine. Our expertise with several years of troubleshooting experience helps to localisation and identification defects very quickly . We also maintain spare parts in stock that are needed for repair.
Modifications:	We upgrade and retrofit numerous machine options and features, and meet even the most special and unique customer requirements.
